We begin by creating a peaceful, grounded space, a sacred container for you to simply be. Through a gentle meditation, you'll be guided into stillness, letting go of the outside world and settling into the present moment. From here, the healing begins to flow.

Each Ether & Earth Session is intuitively guided. As we tune into your energy, I follow the natural rhythm of what your body, mind, and spirit are asking for. There's no fixed formula — instead, the session unfolds organically, led by inner wisdom and the subtle cues of your energy field. This allows us to work exactly where support is needed most — whether that’s physical tension, emotional blockages, or spiritual disconnect.

To deepen the insight, I may incorporate oracle or tarot cards, gentle tools that help reveal hidden messages and bring clarity to your healing path. These cards serve as intuitive companions, offering guidance and helping us understand what your soul is calling for in the moment.

As the session evolves, I may incorporate holistic therapies such as reflexology, therapeutic massage, or cupping. Each technique is used intuitively, based on what your body is asking for during our time together.
