Where are you based?I’m based in the beautiful town of Hastings, East Sussex. The exact address and directions will be provided upon booking confirmation via Booksy.

Do you have any pets on the premises?Yes! I share my healing space with my gentle and loving dog. If you have allergies or would prefer not to be around animals during your session, just let me know in advance—I’m happy to make accommodations.

Are you insured?Yes, I am fully insured through FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists), so you can relax knowing your treatments are safe, professional, and fully covered.

How do I book a session?All appointments can be booked easily through Booksy – just search for Nature of Virgo – Intuitive Healing. You’ll find available times, session options, and pricing there.

What time should I arrive for my session?Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we have time to settle in and begin with a short consultation. This allows us to tune in and make the most of your session time.

How much does a session cost, and how can I pay?Session cost depends on the length of the session – you can choose between 90-minute or 120-minute treatments. All pricing details are listed on Booksy, and payment is made securely through the Booksy app when booking.

What’s your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via Booksy. Cancellations with less notice or missed appointments may incur a fee, as that time is reserved especially for you.
