2 hours. £95. In person (Hastings) Touch reminds the body to let go. Energy work brings what is hidden to the surface. Aromatherapy supports mind, body and spirit. And intuitive guidance threads through it all- helping you understand what is ready to move and how to carry it into your daily life. Each session is intuitively shaped by both of us. Massage, reflexology, or cupping may be used, though not all at once. What unfolds depends on what feels most supportive in the moment. Every Rooted Healing session is its own journey: sometimes gentle, sometimes stirring- always space for release, renewal, and reconnection
